Senior Associate, Nexus, Client Delivery

What you will do

• Process transactions accurately in the accounting system and understand their impact on fund NAV.
• Prepare Net Asset Value packages and supporting schedules for senior review.
• Assist with audits and prepare or review financial statements.
• Meet client deliverables and queries according to SLAs while maintaining accurate, efficient service.
• Follow SOC1 operational controls and complete required checklists.
• Ensure fees are billed and collected on time, and suggest procedure and client-experience improvements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education concentrated in finance or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in the fund administration industry, including experience with fund administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors.

Nice to have

• Completion of or interest in a professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA, or equivalent.
