Trader (SMA/UMA)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD annually

hirify.global provides advisory and asset management services and supports wealth management sponsors and managers through its trading platforms.

What you will do

• Implement trades for proprietary and third-party manager models supporting SMA, MSP, and Model Only/UMA sponsors and managers.
• Generate across-the-board block trade orders for client model changes and perform related risk controls.
• Rebalance accounts for new accounts, cash flows, terminations, tax harvests, and other maintenance requests, then route resulting orders for execution.
• Communicate model changes to Model Only/UMA sponsors according to the ATB trade order rotation and client SLAs.
• Perform Trading Services to support connectivity between hirify.global and sponsors.
• Manage trade orders, review execution, and reconcile trades generated by portfolio management teams across hirify.global and enterprise client platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in the Separately Managed Account (SMA), Unified Managed Account (UMA), or wealth management industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, good work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of hirify.global, CG Trade Connect, InvestCloud, Fiserv MMS, or Envestnet Manager Portal (EMP).
• Knowledge of tax overlay and direct indexing.
