Head of Casino Aggregation (iGaming)

Location: Europe; remote. Business travel to Cyprus required.

What you will do

• Own the casino aggregation business, including revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Define and execute business strategy, identify new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and build long-term competitive advantages.
• Develop the content portfolio and commercial strategy, build C-level relationships with game providers and operators, and negotiate strategic agreements, exclusive content, and commercial terms.
• Develop pricing and commercial models and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to grow the client base, revenue, and retention.
• Shape the aggregation platform roadmap with Product and Technology, including integrations, platform capabilities, and new features.
• Improve provider integrations, operator onboarding, platform reliability, billing, reconciliation, market positioning, and cross-functional team performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in iGaming, ideally within casino content aggregation, game studios/RGS, or B2B gaming platforms.
• Proven full P&L ownership with experience in business growth, revenue generation, and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of casino aggregation business models, provider economics, content distribution, and regulated markets.
• Strong network and established C-level relationships with leading game providers and operators.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams of 30+ employees, including managing managers.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to combine long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution and ownership of results.
• Ability to travel to Cyprus for business purposes.

• Experience with M&A, exclusive content deals, or strategic market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of regulated iGaming markets and content certification requirements.
• University degree in business, finance, or a related analytical field.
