Business Analyst, Repair Services (Aviation)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Define go-to-market commercial strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support profitable growth.
• Support the evolution of the Repair Services portfolio and redesign business models, asset management approaches, and operational processes.
• Analyze financial, operational, and technical data, monitor KPIs, and initiate corrective measures based on forward-looking trends.
• Collaborate with AI assistants and low-code/no-code platforms to design, prototype, and deploy internal tools and applications.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Repair, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor the end-to-end flow of business value from customer request through delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree combined with 3 years of professional experience in a multinational B2B corporate environment in sales, product or program management, or supply chain, or in an aviation role.
• High proficiency in data analytics and the ability to translate raw numbers into compelling narratives and well-designed executive summaries.
• Comfort participating in business reporting processes and establishing quantifiable deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for aligning diverse cross-functional global stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, maturity, self-confidence, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple topics and make data-driven decisions.
• Diplomatic and strategic mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose efficient, scalable workflows.

• Proficient use of SAP or other ERP systems.
