What you will do

• Analyse clients' business needs and translate requirements into IT solutions within banking and investment.
• Map business processes and facilitate client workshops to identify needs, challenges, and optimisation opportunities.
• Support the analysis and design of solutions related to investment processes.
• Collaborate with clients and experienced colleagues on solution design, testing, refinement, implementation, user involvement, training, and change management where relevant.
• Build domain knowledge through project experience and knowledge sharing, developing towards a subject matter expert role.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, ideally at the intersection of IT, business, and organisation.
• Hold a relevant master's degree, such as Cand.merc. IT, Cand.it., or a similar degree focused on the intersection of finance and IT.
• Have a genuine interest in IT and digitalisation, preferably combined with an interest in finance, banking, investment, or financial services.
• Have an interest in or basic experience with investment-related processes, such as corporate actions; previous banking or investment experience is advantageous but not required.
• Have full professional proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English.
• Be curious, willing to ask questions, committed to learning through dialogue, comfortable with deadlines, and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
