A&I Partner Director (Advanced Analytics)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with the option to work from home up to two days per week; the workplace is the specified office, store or factory.

What you will do

• Lead monthly commercial performance narratives and executive reporting cycles.
• Own and continuously improve the monthly commercial traction process, evolving it from a reporting forum into a decision-making forum.
• Combine regional and global insights into business narratives for senior leaders.
• Identify ways to streamline executive deliverables and improve performance narratives across leadership forums.
• Increase the use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights in senior decision-making.
• Work with regional Analytics & Insights teams, commercial leadership, Corporate Finance and Global Insights partners to align the organisation around growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise-wide commercial performance or transformation initiatives in a global matrix organisation without direct authority.
• Experience building executive narratives and decision materials for leadership boards, steering committees or C-suite forums.
• Experience translating complex analytical findings into commercial actions and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience influencing Director, VP, SVP or Executive-level stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
• Experience owning recurring executive performance reviews, reporting cycles or commercial business reviews.
• Experience consolidating insights from multiple regions or business units into one enterprise narrative for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Experience conducting market share analyses that informed commercial growth priorities or investment decisions.
• Experience applying predictive analytics to commercial forecasting or business planning decisions.
• Experience using advanced analytics, data science techniques, SQL or Python to generate business insights.
• Experience applying AI or agentic AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation, reporting or executive storytelling.
