Junior CRM & IT Consultant (February 2027)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; travel to customers 2–3 days a week and implementation at client sites.

What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate customer needs for specific applications.
• Translate customer requirements into software or technological solutions.
• Participate in programming and implement the Smartsales solution at client sites.
• Configure the solution to meet customer needs and provide standard user training.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide weekly project follow-up under the supervision of a Project Manager.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, ideally in business engineering with an affinity for IT.
• Ability to think outside the box and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Enjoyment of customer contact.
• Willingness to travel to customers 2–3 days a week.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and varied responsibilities.
• Maximum 2 years of experience.

• Good Excel skills.
