CRM & AI Marketing Intern (Finnish Speaker)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — onsite at the Stockholm office; 16 hours per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

hirify.global runs CRM for comparison and personal finance brands including uScore and Elskling across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, with an AI-first approach to marketing.

What you will do

• Learn the CRM setup and methods, then help improve and scale them.
• Run and improve weekly email and SMS campaigns for uScore Finland.
• Test campaign ideas on real send volume and replace the main concept when results are stronger.
• Own marketing work from idea through measured results.

Requirements

• Be a master's student, for example at Handelshögskolan, Stockholm University, or KTH.
• Be a native Finnish speaker.
• Have strong English language skills.
• Have some experience in marketing, branding, or sales.
• Be positive about AI, quick with a computer, and already use AI tools.
• Be smart, hard-working, and happy to take ownership.
