Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote worldwide, except residents of the United States; reasonable overlap with European business hours (CET/CEST) required.

Salary: USD 48,000–60,000 gross base salary per year, plus a revenue-tied performance bonus; total compensation is stated as USD 48,000–90,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap across financial comparison platforms, prioritizing initiatives, writing specifications, and driving execution from idea to launch.
• Build and ship web features hands-on alongside the full-stack web developer, improving architecture, performance, and conversion flows.
• Lead and grow the product team through management, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and recruitment.
• Establish engineering routines, code review, testing, deployment, documentation, and safe delivery workflows for multiple developers.
• Use user data, market insights, and analytics to improve traffic, conversion, and revenue per visitor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, including independently building, deploying, and maintaining production web applications.
• Ability to establish Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows for a development team.
• Demonstrable live products, websites, or projects built or led, with the ability to explain the decisions behind them.
• Strong backend, database, and architecture skills; data accuracy is critical for reporting statistics to 450+ partners.
• Proven product ownership and commercial instincts, including deciding what to build and understanding how product decisions translate into revenue.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a small remote team and document decisions clearly in writing.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, investing, and personal finance, with high standards for financial comparison platforms.
• Experience with PHP 8.2+, Laravel 12, Laravel Blade, Alpine.js, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, Vite, MySQL, Redis, Linux VPS, Nginx, PHP-FPM, GitHub Actions, AI model providers, and third-party API integrations.
