DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office work from the Prague office is required, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

What you will do

• Design, launch, and manage a dedicated pre-production UAT environment for QA and Product validation that mirrors production.
• Automate environment provisioning and promotion from development through UAT to release for SaaS and on-premises products.
• Integrate automated testing, security checks, secrets management, and per-environment configuration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve build and deployment reliability and reduce release cycle time.
• Own delivery and infrastructure expertise and collaborate with Development, QA, and Product Owners on release readiness and acceptance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on production experience with containerized applications.
• Experience building and managing staging, UAT, or test environments used by QA teams.
• Experience with both multi-tenant SaaS platforms and on-premises enterprise deployments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Development experience with Golang, Java, or Python.
