Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Operate ML and AI platforms in production.
• Build automation, deployment pipelines, release automation, and operational tooling.
• Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure, container platforms, and distributed systems.
• Implement observability across complex distributed applications and support production operations.
• Manage model lifecycles, deployment strategies, experimentation, and production evaluation.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Machine Learning, Product Engineering, and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating ML or AI platforms in production.
• Software engineering experience with automation, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, container platforms, and distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, release automation, and production operations.
• Strong ability to implement observability across complex distributed applications.
• Understanding of model lifecycle management, deployment strategies, experimentation, and production evaluation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to simplify operational complexity through automation and reusable platform capabilities, plus backend development experience using modern software engineering practices.
