Lawyer (iGaming)

hirify.global provides legal and regulatory support for iGaming businesses across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of gambling license applications across jurisdictions including Curaçao, Anjouan, and Tobique.
• Monitor regulatory changes, adapt client compliance frameworks, and liaise with licensing authorities and regulators.
• Provide legal support throughout licensing and ongoing operations, including reviews of client business structures.
• Support corporate structuring, M&A transactions, partnerships, and B2B agreements.
• Ensure AML policies comply with local regulations and identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Develop legal roadmaps for expansion into new markets and prepare legal opinions and risk assessments for new jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Higher legal education.
• Experience in iGaming and licensing, including practical experience obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses.
• Experience working with international iGaming operators.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in major gambling jurisdictions and responsible gambling principles.
• Experience with corporate law.
• Mandatory English and Russian language skills.
• Stress resistance and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with regulators and clients.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of business needs.

• Additional experience working with licenses.
• Knowledge of iGaming regulatory specifics.
