Tax Manager (Multinational Corporate Tax)

Location: West Chester, PA, US; onsite direct-hire position

Tax management role supporting a client organization’s corporate tax operations.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day tax operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform tax planning, tax research, and financial analysis.
• Handle tax audits, recommend tax strategies, and maintain documentation.
• Manage tax staff and external advisors supporting income tax compliance.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of multinational corporate income tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask.
• Forward-thinking and dynamic approach to tax operations.

Nice to have

• CPA, JD, or master’s degree in tax.
