Salary: $103,500–$154,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational affluent families, family offices, private businesses, and investment entities.
• Prepare complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns.
• Deliver proactive federal estate, gift, charitable, and generation-skipping tax planning and strategic consulting.
• Apply current tax developments, technical authorities, and strategies to complex client situations.
• Build internal and external client relationships, support business growth, and provide exceptional client service.
• Mentor, coach, and support the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university and a CPA, JD, or EA credential.
• Five or more years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, stay current with applicable strategies, understand both the broader context and details, demonstrate ethical knowledge and commitment, and complete quality work on time.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
