What you will do

• Lead Business Banking growth across multiple provinces by executing strategies, initiatives, and tactics that improve business results and client experience.
• Support entrepreneurs by identifying needs, opportunities, and risks and developing tailored financial solutions.
• Manage financial and people resources while leading the Business Banking management team and coaching for sales effectiveness and performance.
• Build relationships with executive and ownership stakeholders and provide financial advice covering their broader business needs.
• Coordinate Product, Risk, National Sales & Service, and broader PSB partners to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Develop innovative methods, evaluation criteria, branding strategies, and approaches to increase client loyalty and share of wallet.

Requirements

• Experience and expertise understanding and meeting the financial needs of medium-size businesses.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous and ground-breaking environments.
• Highly developed business planning skills for developing plans and tactics aligned with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Ability to set priorities clearly and decisively and implement action plans.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals, coaching employees, and driving successful team performance.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, influence, and client service capabilities.
• Commitment to change, inclusion, accountability, high standards, and relationship-based leadership.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
