Associate Product Manager (Automotive)

Location: San Francisco, CA (in office); travel to operating locations, Dallas headquarters, and customers as needed

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Research buyer, seller, partner, employee, and operational needs using qualitative research, data, and direct observation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Security, and other functions to deliver product solutions.
• Write product requirements, define acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, plan releases, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers.
• Evaluate product performance, run structured experiments, and use findings to guide roadmap decisions.
• Build stakeholder alignment, adoption plans, training, communications, feedback loops, and transparent reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to define ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business functions.
• Familiarity with agile product development, experimentation, analytics, and modern cloud platforms.
• Ability to work from hirify.global’s San Francisco office and travel to operating locations, Dallas headquarters, and customers as needed.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in product, analytics, design, engineering, or operations.
