Project Manager, SILC (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid, with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives and launch-related programs.
• Coordinate stakeholders across global teams, local affiliates, and external partners to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Manage project governance, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and executive updates.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, presentations, SharePoint sites, and other progress-visibility tools.
• Support vendor coordination, contracting processes, budget tracking, and administrative workflows.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommend solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement across the SILC organization.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while meeting deadlines and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools, including Power BI or equivalent solutions; comfortable using digital and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• College or university graduate and C1 English proficiency, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consulting, or another highly regulated industry.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
