People Technology & AI Product Owner

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (hybrid); occasional business travel across the international network.

What you will do

• Own and shape the People Technology roadmap around business priorities and user needs.
• Gather requirements from employees, managers, and stakeholders and translate them into clear solutions and transparent priorities.
• Lead improvements across People Technology platforms, digital tools, AI, and automation with IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Guide initiatives from idea through launch, including testing, communication, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Measure solution effectiveness, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to simplify and increase value.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and confidence bringing people together and challenging constructively.
• Experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a similar HCM platform.
• Proven track record of driving product roadmaps and digital solutions.
• Understanding of AI, automation, integration, and HR data.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
