What you will do

• Manage accurate, complete, and timely non-financial regulatory reporting and related risk controls.
• Develop expertise in North American regulatory reporting requirements, processes, and systems.
• Analyze reporting data, investigate and remediate issues, provide supervisory guidance, and improve controls.
• Work with Engineering and Operations teams to maintain data integrity and completeness.
• Assess the impact of new markets, products, reorganizations, system changes, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and business teams on change programs and issue resolution; improve processes through automation and AI-led data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred 2–3 years of work experience in the financial or business industry.
• Experience may include audit or analysis, compliance, business support, daily processing, project management, risk management, or implementation of strategic operational plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, plus experience leveraging AI solutions such as Copilot.
• Analytical thinking, innovative problem solving, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective time management, risk awareness, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload, drive results, learn quickly, adapt to change, and contribute strategically to department- and division-wide initiatives.
• Control or project management capabilities covering design, testing, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with securities trading flows, regulatory obligations, and project or JIRA management.
• Experience with financial products or functions, data analysis, regulatory reporting, trading flows, and compliance.
• Experience supporting transaction-reporting obligations such as CFTC P45, P43, Electronic Blue Sheet, or Consolidated Audit Trail.
