Integration Project Manager

Location: Remote in Mexico; 20% travel required

hirify.global's Transporeon platform connects shippers, retailers, carriers, and logistics service providers to automate transportation processes and provide real-time supply chain insights.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and technical integration projects for carrier networks, ensuring timely launches and budget alignment.
• Facilitate customer workshops to define project scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Provide tier-two technical support and hands-on enablement training to drive user adoption and post-launch success.
• Coordinate requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira.
• Maintain project margins and billable tracking.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude in software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity with transportation, freight, or logistics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools such as Jira.
