Project Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Deliver technical product development projects within time, resource, and budget constraints.
• Manage customer and Key Account Manager relationships, expectations, and agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, compliance, procurement, and supply chain resources, resolving conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Create project plans, challenge roadblocks, manage risks and escalations, and support accurate reporting, budget forecasting, and revenue projections.
• Oversee the transfer of new products into steady-state manufacturing and support bids for new programmes and projects.
• Champion site-wide project management improvements and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience and a relevant professional project management qualification.
• Demonstrated experience managing highly technical, critically dependent projects, including ambiguous situations.
• Experience working with high-profile and demanding OEM customers.
• Experience delivering technical proposals.
• Knowledge of EPM tools and ASC606 accounting methodology, preferably with SAP S4.

• Familiarity with ISO9001.
