Middle Full Stack Software Engineer (.Net+Angular)

What you will do

• Develop and enhance healthcare analytics applications that support oncology care decision-making, delivering backend and frontend features.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs with C# and .NET for integration with internal and external healthcare platforms.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Angular and TypeScript for access to clinical and analytical data.
• Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data access layers for large datasets, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Modernize applications by refactoring legacy components, improving code quality, and applying maintainability and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and solution architects through code reviews, testing, and Azure DevOps CI/CD activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency with ASP.NET MVC, including RESTful web applications and APIs.
• Practical experience with Entity Framework 6, ORM mapping, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and database performance optimization.
• Solid experience with Dapper or similar micro-ORMs for high-performance data access.
• Strong proficiency with Angular and TypeScript for modular, maintainable frontend applications, plus practical experience with AngularJS 1.x and legacy code migration.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, MVC patterns, separation of concerns, secure coding, authentication and authorization concepts, and basic OWASP guidelines.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, Git-based version control, unit testing, and integration testing across backend and frontend stacks.
• Intermediate Strong B1+ English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
