Copywriter (Crypto)

Location: Remote in Europe, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, or the United Kingdom

Salary: $83.4K–$166.8K annual base salary, plus potential bonus, equity, wellness allowance, and other benefits; medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are specified for the US only.

What you will do

• Write high-impact copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social media for hirify.global Pro.
• Develop messaging for product launches and feature releases, translating technical updates into clear and compelling stories.
• Build and maintain the hirify.global Pro tone of voice across headlines, push notifications, and other customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy.
• Run copy experiments, track performance, and improve messaging based on data.
• Work with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant, and regionally aligned messaging.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading.
• A portfolio demonstrating copy that encouraged people to take action; relevant brand, agency, or personal project work is accepted.
• Ability to write quickly and perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to write headlines, long-form content, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, taglines, calls to action, and campaign narratives.
• Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, including the language used by traders, CT, FinTwit, and trading communities.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work closely with designers.
• Ability to brief designers, use Figma for copy placement, or create quick mockups independently.
• High competency with AI tools.
