Senior Content Writer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop original, customer-centric editorial and product content across hirify.global’s content ecosystem.
• Find strong angles and points of view for product stories, launches, campaigns, customer stories, and other content.
• Turn product strategy, customer problems, technical details, research, and expert input into clear narratives that build understanding and adoption.
• Apply SEO principles and use audience, search, and performance data to inform content decisions.
• Adapt ideas across formats and channels, collaborating with Design and cross-functional partners using Figma.
• Help maintain hirify.global’s tone of voice and raise editorial and writing standards while using AI tools with human judgment, accuracy, and originality.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a writer, journalist, editor, or content specialist, with a substantial body of published work across multiple channels.
• Ability to write about technology, business, or complex subjects while finding the human angle.
• Ability to turn product strategy, customer interviews, research, and expert input into engaging stories.
• Confidence to challenge a brief when a stronger story, sharper angle, or more useful approach is possible.
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and understanding of how content performance informs writing.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines without losing quality.
• Confidence using AI tools and design platforms such as Figma.
• Portfolio must include two pieces demonstrating range, from short-form to long-form.
• Portfolio must include a customer story, case study, or interview-led piece.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for a product launch or activation.
• Experience working in B2B technology is not required; the ability to understand complex subjects, ask good questions, and challenge industry norms is valued instead.
