Associate Intern (AI Strategy)

Location: London; relevant work authorization for the office is required.

What you will do

• Participate in a 10-week Associate Intern Program and work as an active member of client project teams.
• Analyze clients’ businesses, customer bases, market conditions, digital trends, and changing customer needs.
• Collaborate with Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists, and other multidisciplinary experts.
• Support strategic questions related to customers, growth, and transformation across business, brand, marketing, and digital strategy.
• Use AI together with primary and secondary research to generate insights and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Present actionable recommendations and personal points of view to senior leaders and project teams.

Requirements

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to 2 years of experience in a related field outside consulting.
• Relevant work authorization for the office where the role is based.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation, and/or exposure to GenAI applications.
• Ability to start a 10-week internship in 2027.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Passion for business strategy, brand, digital, and marketing, and their role in driving growth.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort challenging assumptions.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt as situations and priorities change.
• High personal standards, resilience, drive, and willingness to go the extra mile in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to use AI tools confidently while applying independent critical thinking and judgment.
