What you will do

• Manage spare parts inventory, maintain stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order spare parts and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate documentation, transaction records, inventory updates, and supplier databases.
• Forecast spare parts requirements with the maintenance team based on planned maintenance schedules.
• Oversee procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and support timely, cost-effective purchasing.
• Conduct stock audits, prepare usage and cost reports, support part-availability requests, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory management or spare parts administration, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and spare parts management systems.
• Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, ERP systems, or CMMS.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment types.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier negotiation.
• Ability to analyze stock levels and forecast needs based on maintenance schedules.
