AI Product Manager (French-Speaking)

Location: On-site at the Tel Aviv office, Israel; collaboration with French-speaking customers.

What you will do

• Translate customer problems into structured solution plans using hirify.global’s platform.
• Own end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with engineers and AI specialists.
• Write detailed specifications and define prompt and context structures for solution logic.
• Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
• Work with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns and capabilities.
• Work directly with French-speaking enterprise customers to understand needs, define requirements, and drive successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience working on technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects, prioritize requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
