Ops Scheduler (Biotechnology)

Location: CH - Visp, Switzerland; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Develop integrated operational plans for upstream and downstream mid-scale production, considering process, facility, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate production, equipment and facility maintenance, customer and audit visits, plant changes, and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Bioprocess Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Engineering, EMR, and hirify.global Services.
• Contribute to the Master Production Schedule and perform capacity modelling, including facility throughput improvements.
• Anticipate supply bottlenecks and develop measures to improve planning accuracy through process and system optimization.
• Author and review GMP-relevant documents, SOPs, change controls, quality records, dashboards, Hoshin boards, and other reporting tools.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of total experience in supply planning or project planning for pharmaceuticals, plus experience in a production environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology, or relevant work experience in a biotechnology production environment.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Schedule Pro, Orchestrate, and Excel.
• Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with Trackwise, DMS, SAP, or MES Syncade.
