Analyst, Digital Privacy & Compliance

Location: Hybrid in Łódź, Poland, with three days per week from the Łódź office. Domestic and international travel of up to 5% may be required.

Salary: PLN 161,000–253,000 gross annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage internal audits related to (K)SOX and other ad-hoc audit activities.
• Facilitate business stakeholder compliance with requirements defined by the internal ISMS.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and other recurring compliance controls covering user management, change management, policy adherence, and related areas.
• Act as a subject matter expert and central contact for Internal Audit regarding the internal compliance control system and ISMS.
• Maintain security- and compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Support security and privacy impact assessments for new systems and projects, external and internal audits, ISMS and compliance framework maintenance, and data subject access requests under GDPR and other privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance activities, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks.
• Effective English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, three days per week from the Łódź office.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%, domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications related to auditing practices, such as CISA or a comparable certification.
