Salary: €42,100–€63,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of Italian Local GAAP financial statements and corporate income tax returns for senior leadership.
• Support tax accounting, tax provisioning, and deferred tax calculations.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of complex transactions and provide technical accounting support during audits.
• Build partnerships across local markets, service centers, global organizations, and external auditors.
• Drive standardization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Use digital tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, controls, and the scalability of External Reporting.

Requirements

• Enrollment in Categorie Protette under L. 68/99.
• Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in accounting, statutory reporting, and financial statement preparation, preferably in a multinational company or audit company.
• Mastery of direct and indirect taxation, including corporate income tax, deferred taxes, and tax accounting.
• Proven experience analyzing complex transactions and translating technical requirements into practical accounting and tax solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
