Finance Business Advice Stageur (Banking)

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid)

Compensation: €1,500/month

What you will do

• Support Retail Banking process mapping, procedure drafting, and process and organizational optimization.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting.
• Contribute to P&L monitoring and reporting activities.
• Analyze Retail Banking income by department, product, and channel.
• Support management accounting reporting and other Finance Business Advice activities on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, or engineering management.
• Basic knowledge of the banking industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Fluent Italian is required.
• Proactive, self-starting, execution-driven approach with analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Accuracy with numbers, collaborative attitude, result orientation, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Visual Basic knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role and international experience, such as Erasmus.
