What you will do
- Own strategic relationships with contract manufacturing suppliers, including governance, business reviews, performance management, and long-term alignment.
- Ensure material and build availability, monitor delivery KPIs, and manage supply risks, capacity, flexibility, and readiness.
- Lead pricing negotiations, cost roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, commercial agreements, contracts, and commercial escalations.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, pricing data, master data accuracy, invoicing issues, and supplier exposure.
- Manage engineering change orders, lead-time improvements, product lifecycle changes, and end-of-life events.
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D on sourcing decisions, dual-source strategies, business continuity, and technical supplier requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Account Management, or Contract Manufacturing management.
- Bachelor's degree or practical diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience sourcing and managing technical commodities or components in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in complex multidisciplinary global organizations.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
