Business Planner

Location: Ness Ziona, Center District, Israel. Onsite role; no relocation and no travel required.

What you will do

• Lead worldwide supply and demand planning, balancing customer requirements, product availability, inventory targets, and operational constraints.
• Develop and maintain supply and demand forecasts, analyze trends, identify gaps and risks, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Optimize inventory levels by monitoring stock, assessing exposure, and driving actions to balance availability with targets.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply and capacity plans aligned with production requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans for supply-demand imbalances and support new product ramp-ups, transitions, and phase-outs.
• Optimize transportation and shipment decisions and provide actionable insights to management on operational risks and planning performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or an equivalent degree.
• 2 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools and BI platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strong ownership, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across different functions and time zones.
