Purchasing Manager

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; full-time work from the company’s offices, non-hybrid role.

hirify.global develops and manufactures autonomous drone systems combining hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies for complex large-scale operations, primarily serving defense, military, and law enforcement organizations worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across the organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build and manage the procurement budget, including cost control and savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, R&D, engineering, finance, and sales.
• Drive procurement process improvements, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement based on planning and execution gaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics procurement or electronic components.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and supplier contract management.
• High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
• Strong logical thinking, a broad system-level perspective, and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, strong teamwork, and high attention to detail.
• Full-time availability to work from the company’s offices in Petah Tikva in a non-hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience in global procurement.
• Experience working with subcontractors.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
