Program Manager II (IC Design)

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle for advanced process core IP development projects and customer engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Develop project plans, identify critical paths, track milestones, manage scope and schedule changes, and report status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Lead risk assessments, contingency planning, complex problem resolution, resource planning, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer relationships, address customer pain points and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate quality control, customer documentation, and delivery activities throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous project-management process improvement using lessons learned, AI/ML applications, and other innovative methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Integrated Circuit, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willingness to embrace challenges and commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior project management experience and PMP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of end-to-end analog and digital design flows and tools from Architecture to GDS.
• Hands-on experience in digital design, mixed-signal design, and end-to-end design flow.
