Senior Director, Global Product Integrations GCM

What you will do

• Lead enterprise integration strategy and execution across global, operating-unit, and bottler ecosystems.
• Align business stakeholders, architecture teams, product owners, delivery teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive integration planning, dependency management, execution governance, release coordination, and delivery readiness across platforms, systems, and data domains.
• Define integration standards, governance models, APIs, and best practices to improve scalability, interoperability, data flow, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, cutover, stabilization, stakeholder adoption, training, and operational support.
• Evaluate modern integration tools, cloud technologies, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise architecture needs while managing risks and resolving complex integration issues.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration, digital transformation, technology delivery, program management, or related leadership roles within complex global organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, middleware, cloud integration, data flows, and system interoperability principles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional integration initiatives across multiple business domains and geographies.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, governance processes, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.
• Strong program leadership, structured problem-solving, executive communication, negotiation, strategic alignment, and long-term planning capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and managing integration planning across product-oriented organizations; knowledge of Waterfall models is included among the required skills.
• Ability to partner with business leaders, digital teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, Microsoft Office, project and portfolio management platforms, enterprise collaboration environments, software development life cycle, and SQL.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions in a fast-paced environment.
