Fullstack Engineer (Go, React)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade

Tribute is a monetization platform on Telegram that supports donations, paid subscriptions, digital content, and physical product sales for more than 60,000 creators.

What you will do

• Develop e-commerce and new monetization features, including digital sales and social mechanics.
• Own the full development cycle from design and coding through testing, deployment, maintenance, and production monitoring.
• Maintain, refactor, and optimize the Golang backend and React frontend without breaking existing functionality.
• Integrate the Telegram API, payment systems, and third-party tools.
• Validate key scenarios, analyze logs and metrics, respond to issues, and ensure reliable production operation.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other developers in a fast-iteration environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product company, preferably in a startup environment.
• Professional experience with React, TypeScript, and Golang.
• Experience building features independently and taking them through release.
• Ability to test work, care about reliability, and fix issues quickly when they appear.
• Ability to understand the reason behind a task rather than only its specification.
• Comfort working in a startup environment where not everything is documented.
