Production Intern (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid from the hirify.global London office at least two days a week

What you will do

• Support producers with game production from concept through live game management.
• Work with design, product management, feature teams, leadership, and partner teams to clarify goals, prioritize backlogs, and encourage team ownership.
• Facilitate clear written, verbal, and visual communication across disciplines, teams, and individuals.
• Track and report progress, status, risks, and quantitative production delivery metrics.
• Coordinate with QA, Development, Design, Art, Product, and other teams to prepare high-quality, clearly defined, compliant releases.
• Improve team processes in collaboration with senior leadership and through continuous team feedback.

Requirements

• Recent graduate who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past 12 months in Game Development, Game Production, Game Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to create order in uncertain situations.
• Effective written, verbal, visual, one-to-one, and one-to-many communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and facilitate meetings.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development methodologies.
• Experience with project status and risk reporting.
• Basic understanding of planning tools such as Atlassian Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, and AI tools.
• Passion for games.
• Ability to work hybrid from the hirify.global London office at least two days a week.
