What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production lifecycle of assigned mobile and desktop instant-win games.
• Define production roadmaps, milestones, schedules, and delivery plans aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate artists, animators, engineers, game designers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies while driving mitigation and decision-making.
• Ensure games meet creative, quality, performance, commercial, and regulatory expectations.
• Use market and competitor awareness to inform creative and product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience producing digital products, games, or interactive content.
• Strong project-management, organisational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Confidence working with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with delivery discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align teams around shared goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, instant-win, lottery, or other regulated digital products.
• Understanding of game development pipelines and workflows.
• Experience supporting certification or regulated launches.
• Passion for games and player experience.
