Corporate Development & M&A Intern

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The role also allows working from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months.

Salary: €1,163 gross per month.

hirify.global is a venture co-founding partner that combines concepts, funding, and teams to launch and scale businesses from pre-seed to Series A, with a focus on the health and wellness industry.

What you will do

• Source and screen acquisition targets against investment criteria and maintain the deal pipeline.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and advisors to initiate potential deals.
• Prepare company profiles, investment materials, financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
• Support due diligence, deal execution, closing activities, and post-signing coordination.
• Work with the Corporate Development and Investments team on live transactions and provide analysis to senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in tech M&A, corporate development, and/or venture capital.
• Understanding of valuation methods, including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Confidence using Excel, Google Workspace, and AI tools to screen and assess acquisition targets efficiently.
• Understanding of consumer D2C business models and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and payback.
• International study and/or work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
