Billing Process Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 2 recommended office days per week. Remote work is permitted for up to 90 days per year in the EU, including up to 21 days globally; non-EU citizens may work worldwide remotely for up to 21 days.

Gross monthly salary: €3,667–€4,400.

What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional projects implementing revenue billing finance requirements and designing billing processes.
• Own the finance workstream for new revenue initiatives from planning and requirements gathering through testing, rollout, documentation, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Design scalable and automated finance processes with Product and Engineering, ensuring finance requirements are built into the product.
• Align Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners on end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business requirements into process flows, system and data requirements, controls, test cases, operational procedures, and ownership models.
• Document processes, define performance measures, create dashboards, and use Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, BigQuery, or BI tools to identify discrepancies and monitor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent working experience is acceptable.
• Solid experience in finance, billing operations, business operations, finance transformation, or a similar fast-paced environment, including designing or launching new processes end to end.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams, writing finance requirements, and getting them built into products.
• Experience reviewing business cases, commercial agreements, or pricing models from a finance perspective and assessing their impact on billing, revenue, controls, and operations.
• Strong project management skills covering timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, and multiple parallel initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process flows, system requirements, test cases, controls, and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data and working with large datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, data warehouses, BI tools, and Jira or similar delivery tools.
