• Draw on competition experience to build tasks that demand correct, verifiable solutions.
• Use observed coding-agent behavior to refine challenges and strengthen evaluation quality.
💻 What you’ll do
• Build reproducible environments, prepare data and dependencies, and implement reference solutions.
• Develop tests and evaluation criteria that distinguish correct solutions from incomplete or flawed approaches.
• Run coding agents, investigate failures, and refine tasks.
• Identify implementation errors, flawed assumptions, data leakage, and other correctness issues.
• Document requirements, solution reasoning, and verification steps clearly.
🎯 What you’ll bring
• Demonstrated experience in data science, machine learning, quantitative modeling, or relevant research competitions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of your methods.
• Practical programming ability to implement and verify your own solutions.
• Relevant platforms: Kaggle, DrivenData, Zindi, AIcrowd, Numerai, DataSource.ai, and CodaLab/Codabench.
• Strong Python coding, testing, debugging, and unfamiliar-code experience is a major plus.
