ABOUT THE ROLE
micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire Data Scientists and quantitative professionals from top companies.
You’ll apply your expertise in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning to evaluate and improve AI model performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Evaluate AI model outputs on data science, statistics, ML, and quantitative problems.
* Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
* Identify flawed methodologies and statistical errors.
* Assess weak quantitative reasoning.
* Provide structured feedback to improve AI model capabilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 1 year of experience working at a top company in tech, finance, or research.
* At least part of this experience should be within the past 3 years.
* Based in an English-speaking country.
* Strong written communication skills for technical and statistical concepts.
