2027 Industrial Placement - Consulting (People & Change) - Belfast

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with the team on client site or in the Belfast office at least two days per week; assignments may require up to five days per week on a client site. The work base is the Belfast office.

Salary: £26,230 per year.

What you will do

• Support clients with workforce transformation, upskilling, employee and customer experience improvements, new ways of working, and organisational culture initiatives.
• Gather and analyse data, research projects, and deliver findings.
• Develop communications and presentation materials and support workshops.
• Contribute to client conversations and help solve sensitive people-related challenges.
• Work in project teams with specialists in behavioural science, communications, transformation, learning, talent, and occupational psychology.
• Build consulting skills through client-site work, internal initiatives, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with an industrial placement included in the course structure and expected graduation in 2029.
• Currently on track to gain an undergraduate degree; applicants from all disciplines are welcome, with no specific grade or subject requirements.
