Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work as dictated by project and client needs. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop solutions to client business problems using problem-solving skills and frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and hirify.global proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and hirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and take ownership of assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• About to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework. Relevant fields include business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in teams.
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, and intense work ethic.
• Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
