Working Student (f/m/d) - AI Agent Development

Location: Germany, with the role listed in Erlangen and Berlin; office/site only.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and refine AI agents for strategic procurement workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Snowflake Cortex.
• Configure agent instructions, knowledge sources, tools, connectors, and flows to improve performance.
• Create automations with Power Automate and data visualizations with Power BI.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable agent concepts.
• Document solutions, share best practices, support testing, and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Initial practical software development experience, particularly with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python programming, or AI/ML models, gained through internships or personal projects.
• Solid understanding of software engineering and AI, including experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and large language models.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Structured, self-motivated, and curious mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
