Internship - AI Venture Development

What you will do

• Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools.
• Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale effective AI applications.
• Run regular sessions, workshops, and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company.
• Track and report adoption metrics to make impact visible and measurable.
• Understand how each team works and identify, ideate, and implement AI solutions that remove friction, save time, and increase output.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a top university.
• Background in economics, software engineering, or a business-facing technical discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience bringing AI applications into a company or organization, beyond building demos.
• Experience using LLMs and building practical automations.
• Daily hands-on AI usage and a practical understanding of what works.
• Do-or-build mentality, with the ability to move quickly and deliver results.
• Business understanding sufficient to identify priorities and translate them into action.
• C1 level of English.
