What you will do

• Handle complex security incidents, GDPR cases, and legal complaints escalated from care agents.
• Manage interactions with external regulatory bodies like CNIL and the Insurance Ombudsman.
• Design and improve workflows, macros, and help center content to enable autonomous case handling.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual load in legal and security operations.
• Translate and adapt processes built in France for teams in Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Provide mentorship to care experts and serve as the primary escalation point for ambiguous cases.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in GDPR/privacy operations, legal complaints handling, or compliance ops.
• Fluent in French (C1+ written and spoken) is essential for regulatory and legal correspondence.
• Proficiency in English for internal collaboration.
• Strong operational rigor and ability to drive projects independently.
• Experience navigating regulatory frameworks like GDPR and CNIL.
• Ability to communicate complex constraints to non-legal stakeholders and get buy-in for new processes.
