Senior React/Kotlin Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, user-friendly features and products using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Build and enhance a cloud-based document management platform for real-time collaboration on financial, regulatory, and business reports.
• Create scalable, high-performance user experiences with interactive UI components and effective application state management.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product specialists to prototype and deliver new solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern engineering practices.
• Support platform maintenance, scalability improvements, and feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and extensive experience building complex web applications with React.js.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Spring.
• Experience with SQL and database design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive mindset, including proposing ideas, contributing to creative problem-solving, and driving innovative features.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with teamwork, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience with back-end development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Snowflake.
