Senior Full Stack Developer (TypeScript)

Location: Remote within the EU or Poland

Compensation: 18,000–25,000 PLN per month on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Build and maintain content platforms, products, and websites using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Work directly with clients alongside project managers and the wider delivery team.
• Contribute to product vision, direction, and value-driven development.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in full code review coverage.
• Manage and organise work independently while maintaining effective communication.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and use AI tools in development and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Senior-level commercial experience with React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, web platform APIs, and server-client communication.
• Knowledge of CSS approaches including CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, and Tailwind.
• Understanding of databases and efficient database usage.
• English at B2+ level for communication with clients and partners.
• Polish at B2+ level for internal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience working remotely.
• Curiosity about incorporating AI into software development workflows.
